The retreat will take place in a hotel in the heart of Judean Mountains.
The hotel is located on the main road between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, near the Letron Monastery. The hotel is surrounded by lawns and surrounded by abundant nature and medicinal and spice plants. The rooms are attached to the ground floor, well equipped and with a balcony with a view. In Neve Shalom there is a lovely spiritual center where body-mind-spirit workshops and trainings have been held regularly for many years. We will visit the center and the special meditation space "Stillness"

Ashtanga Yoga Nadi Shodhana

Friday August 2nd 11am-2:30pm

The workshop includes:
A slow in-depth Intermediate Series practice counted in sanskrit, a healing pranayama series, guided meditation and a deep and healing shavasana meditation.

The workshop will take place in AYTA Shala -

*the workshop is open for a long-time Ashtanga practitioners who has a committed daily practice
