Retreat Schedule
Day 1: 02.04.2026 – Thursday – Tel Aviv → Delhi→ Rishikesh
We will depart on a direct daytime flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, we will continue by road to Rishikesh. We will arrive late at night, be warmly welcomed at the hotel, and settle in for an overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Overnight: Rishikesh
Day 2: 03.04.2026 – Friday – Rishikesh
According to Hindu tradition, the Himalayas are the abode of the deities Shiva and Shakti, and from them flows the sacred Ganges River — a source of inspiration and inner peace for all who come to practice and dive deeply into yoga.
We will awaken to our first exciting morning in our hotel in Rishikesh, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, serenity, and magic. We will gather in the yoga hall for an opening circle, introductions, meditation, and gentle yoga to release the journey’s fatigue. Afterwards, we will enjoy a nourishing vegetarian breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
After some rest, we will head out for an introductory tour of Rishikesh, including the local market, Lakshman Jhula bridge, and more. In the afternoon, we will meet for meditation and a philosophical study session. Following the session, we will gather for dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Day 3: 04.04.2026 – Saturday – Rishikesh
We will awaken to our second morning in Rishikesh with meditation in nature, facing the sacred Ganges River. Following meditation, we will gather in the yoga hall for practice, and then enjoy a nourishing vegetarian breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
After breakfast, free time will be dedicated to relaxation and optional Ayurvedic treatments at the hotel’s special spa. In the evening, we will visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram — the largest and most renowned ashram in Rishikesh — and participate in the colorful and moving Ganga Aarti Puja ceremony held daily on the banks of the sacred river.
Day 4: 05.04.2026 – Sunday – Rishikesh
We will begin the morning with quiet meditation in nature near sunrise, facing the sacred Ganges. After meditation, we will gather for yoga practice. Following breakfast, we will visit a nearby ashram to attend a satsang.
At midday, we will return to the hotel for rest. In the afternoon, we will meet again for meditation and philosophical study. Dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant.

The outing continues into the stunning natural landscapes of the Rishikesh area and includes meditation in nature.
In the afternoon, free time for rest. Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Day 6: 07.04.2026 – Rishikesh

Each level is dedicated to a different deity, and from the balconies unfolds a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, river, and mountains. This temple is one of Rishikesh’s most iconic landmarks.
After the temple visit and meditation, we will stroll through the town of Rishikesh. At midday, we will return to the hotel for rest.
In the evening, we will hold a closing meditation and retreat completion ceremony — a sharing and inspiration circle — followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant.
