Ashtanga Class - Master Class
For those experiencing it for the first time, a solid foundation will be provided, covering the core of the practice, the philosophy behind it, the systems of breath and movement, body stabilization, focus, and mindfulness.
Even experienced and seasoned students can benefit from the advantages of personalized training, receiving professional feedback and guidance to refine, improve, and deepen their practice.
Yoga Therapy
Pregnant women, seniors and individuals with limitations, injuries, or medical issues will receive holistic tools for a balanced and calm lifestyle. They will learn to work with yoga in a therapeutic way, adapting it to their circumstances. Practices include conversation, breathing, meditation, beneficial postures, and relaxation.
Meditation
Meditation classes offer deep awareness processes, cultivating inner peace and balanced living.
The meditation is practiced in seated and reclining positions.
