Descriptions of the classes:
Mysore Style Classes (great for both beginners&advanced)
The traditional way of learning Ashtanga Yoga is "Mysore Style". This is the classic way taught by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India.
In these classes each student has an individualized practice which is tailored by the teacher. Postures are taught one at a time, allowing the student to gradually build up a personal practice. It's rather like a private lesson.
Mysore Style is a highly meditative yoga practice that can be adjusted to suit age, health and flexibility.
Beginners typically practice 45 minutes approximately.

Ashtanga 1-3
This classes offer a practice that places emphasis on the principals and technique of the Ashtanga Yoga method.
The classes are for mixed level of practice and are instructor led classes. The practice is suitable for everyone. variations for the full postures are given when needed.
Individual Yoga Lessons
Private yoga lessons by appointment are available in Tel Aviv.
The foundation gained through individual yoga lessons will easily translate into Mysore class and your home practice.
The Studio offer a Teacher Training Course starts on November 2012.
Moon Days
The Ashtanga Yoga method is meant to be practiced six days a week. The seventh day is a rest day. Traditionally New Moon and Full Moon days are rest days too. The extreme polarities of the Moon's energy on New Moon and Full Moon days leave practitioners prone to injury. in order to view moon days 2012 please click here.
